Introducing myTopcon Support and Training Site
The survey and construction world has evolved to be very digital centric in which answers are researched and found on the internet. Topcon has been evolving even faster with the amount of products that we are offering to address customer needs and the demands of the quickly changing technology on jobsites. It is our corporate responsibility to ensure that users have this information available to them when they need it.
With our powerful software like the MAGNET Suite of products and sophisticated technology like what is included in the HiPer HR, GT 1000 or Smoothride, we need to be sure that we can educate continuously on the workflows and processes to keep them working seamlessly. The most efficient way to do this is to quickly generate training and support information and make it available online.
Topcon is excited to launch the next generation of online support and training with the introduction of myTopcon! This modern website is an extension of the Topcon Positioning Systems landing page. The Professional Services teams have been working very hard over the past year to deliver a solution and it will be unveiled on November 8th. We encourage you to come and experience the new world of delivering support and training with myTopcon!
A Few New Features:
Keep your products up to date by registering
Registration has its benefits. By registering your products, it will streamline the process for finding crucial support material, videos, user manuals and warranty information in a single location. Important notifications will be sent of new firmware or software that is available so that the product is performing at its best. It will also help identify proof of ownership if a product is ever lost or stolen.
Know the latest about your products
Get up to date product information on the Topcon products that you know and use every day! Whether you have registered your products or just want to be notified when new training or support content is posted, you will receive the latest communication when you follow a product.
Need a little extra help?
Haven’t found what you are looking for? Need help resolving a specific issue? Create a support case directly through the myTopcon site. This will help you to get the information that you are looking for.
Customize your learning experience
If you see a support or training article that you like, simply add it to your library of articles to customize a localized training curriculum. Any number of videos, articles or documents can be added to various combinations of libraries. Once you have built your customized library, share it with others in your organization or even outside of your organization!

Q: What happens with the existing Total Care?
A: The web address of www.topconcare.com will be redirect to www.topconpositioning.com/support. All support and training material will be on the www.topconpositioning.com/support site.
Q: Will the myTopcon site have a subscription fee?
A: No. All basic support and training information will be made available to the public. Each user will be required to have a valid registration to access myTopcon. Existing subscribers of Total Care will be transferred to myTopcon and any subscriptions that they have currently paid will be transferred into factory direct support cases.
Q: Will my existing username and password remain the same?
A: Yes! We have worked hard for a SSO (single sign on) for all Topcon Portals. Now with one username and password, you can log into all of your Topcon accounts. This includes MAGNET Enterprise, the new dealer portal and of course the myTopcon site.
Q: How do I request information to be added to the support site?
A: If you don’t see the support material that you are looking for, please use the Talk To Topcon messaging that is on each page of the myTopcon site. We will use this as a one way communication into the support system so that we can begin building new training and support material. This will not be treated as a support case and we will put this in a different queue for creating new material.
Q: Will the myTopcon site be mobile friendly?
A: Yes! Users of myTopcon will be able to access their account from a desktop as well as from a mobile device. It will not be an external app that is required to download and can be accessed through any web browser.
