B79 Medium
The SharpGrade B79 Medium 79″ (2.0m) series box blade is a versatile grading tool with the same patented sealed, shielded, and lifetime-lubricated QuadRod linkage as the Heavy Duty series. This series features a mono-beam chassis and closely spaced wheels, ensuring both low ground pressure and excellent visibility.
Designed to shine with mid-frame skid steers falling within the 65-85 HP range, the B79 Medium series is perfect for a variety of applications. It’s well-suited for tasks like residential pad grading, medium-scale industrial flatwork, curb and gutter or sidewalk preparation, and equestrian surface maintenance.
B72 Compact
The SharpGrade B72 Compact Box Blade 72″ (1.8m) series is specially crafted for Mini Skid Steers and Compact Wheel Loaders. This series boasts a zero-clearance QuadRod linkage, a single retracting front wheel, and an adjustable hitch plate, making it the perfect choice for precise work in tight spaces such as curbs, sidewalks, cycleways, and more.
Designed to perfectly complement small-frame skid steers ranging from 40 to 65 HP, the B72 Compact series excels in a variety of applications. Whether you’re working on residential pads, preparing curb and gutter areas or sidewalks, or maintaining equestrian surfaces, this box blade is up to the task.
B60 or B48 Junior for Mini Skid Steer
The SharpGrade B60 Junior (60″ / 1.5m) and B48 (48″ / 1.2m) series are tailor-made for Mini Skid Steers and Compact Wheel Loaders. These series feature a zero-clearance design, sealed and shielded QuadRod linkage, a single retracting front wheel, and a versatile bolt-on adjustable hitch plate, making them suitable for a wide range of closed cab, stand-on, and articulated wheel loaders with 20-40 HP capabilities.
These grading solutions are ideal for landscaping and small paving contractors, excelling in tasks such as smaller flatwork projects, equestrian surface maintenance, and landscaping endeavors.
TurfGrader Power Rake
SharpGrade’s integrated power rake attachment is seamlessly mounted on the SharpGrade Box Blade. This versatile addition is compatible with both the B87 Heavy Duty 87″ (2.2m) model and Mini Skid Steers and Compact Wheel Loaders in the B72 Compact 72″ (1.8m) and B60 Junior 60″ (1.5m) series. It excels in both turf and aggregate applications, offering efficient leveling and raking on grade.
With a quick-release mechanism from the box, the power rake adapts to the contour set by the box. In addition, this tool provides adjustable functionality, ranging from 2.5″ (60mm) below to 6″ (150mm) above the grading height, at any given time. Pre-set stops ensure precision during raking, allowing for forward and reverse raking. Additionally, it features an adjustable stone barrier with steel rollers, maximizing its durability and lifespan.
This integrated power rake is well-suited for various tasks, including mixing aggregates, conditioning soil, achieving precision contours, maintaining equestrian surfaces, tending to lawns, and enhancing landscaping projects, among others.
SharpGrade Fixed Box Blade Series
BF87 or BF48 Non Retracting
The BF87 SharpGrade (87″/2.2m) Fixed non-retracting series, otherwise known as the SharpBlade, boasts the same exceptional sealed, shielded, and lifetime-lubricated patented QuadRod linkage found in our Heavy Duty series. With a mono-beam chassis and closely spaced wheels, it combines low ground pressure with outstanding visibility. The close-coupled wheel design enables it to navigate tighter spaces more effectively than traditional walking beam designs.
Designed with mid-frame skid steers in mind, particularly those in the 75-90HP bracket, the BF87 SharpGrade is well-suited for a range of applications. QuadGrade Machine Control Systems
